Licensed Massage Therapist Position:

We are seeking an experienced licensed massage therapist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Experience with deep tissue, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, hot stone and Swedish massage techniques required.

Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a full-time front desk receptionist.

Responsibilities: 

Warmly Greet Clients: Welcome clients with a friendly attitude and ensure they have a pleasant experience from the moment they step into the spa.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings efficiently, coordinating with service providers to optimize schedules and accommodate client requests.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Payment Processing: Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, issue receipts, and maintain a balanced cash register.
Spa Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and beyond, ensuring it reflects the high-end image of the spa. Maintaining Laundry during shifts.
Product/Service Knowledge: Stay informed about spa services, products and promotions to effectively promote and upsell to clients.
Administrative Tasks: Assist in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records, inventory management, and ordering supplies when necessary.
Social Media and marketing:  Efficient with social media platforms, capcut and confidant talking on social media stories. Responsible for creating posts, reels, stories and email campaigns.
Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including answering phones, managing walk-ins, and supporting spa staff as needed. Must be able to handle high volume and be a self starter.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-end spa.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
-Proficiency in using spa management software and basic computer skills.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-Experience in high-end sales
-Valid driver license and vehicle to run errands.
