Booking Appointments
Advanced appointment scheduling is advised. For enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to enjoy some relaxation prior to your service.
New Clients – All Intake Forms must be filled out prior to your appointment online.
Please arrive 15 min early if you need to fill them out in our lobby. If this is not done prior to the start of your service ,your service provider may need to shorten your service time in order to stay on schedule for the next client. We may also need to reschedule and the cancellation policy will apply.
Late Arrivals
We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our scheduling needs. To ensure timely service for all our guests, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you arrive late: Your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the schedule of following guests. Please note that the full service fee will still apply.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late: We may need to reschedule your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
We understand that unexpected delays can occur. To avoid inconveniences, please inform us in advance if you anticipate being late.
Cancellations
To ensure availability for all guests, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. A credit card is required to secure all appointments.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
- No-shows or missed appointments will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
A non-refundable deposit may be required for future appointments after a no-show or missed appointment.

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, we kindly request that you complete all necessary forms the day before your appointment. Having this information in advance allows us to allocate the appropriate amount of time to your service.

- Cell phones be silenced or left in personal belongings.
- Children be left at home or in the care of a trusted companion.
- Conversations be kept at a low volume to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

We accept all major credit or debit cards, Skin Deep Med Spa gift cards, and personal checks.
Return Policy:
To ensure guest satisfaction, we strive to provide high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

Gift Cards
General:
- These terms apply specifically to Skin Deep Med Spa gift cards and complement our website’s general terms of use and privacy policy found at skindeepspajackson.com
Gift Cards:
- No Refunds or Returns: Skin Deep Med Spa gift cards are nonrefundable and non transferable. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or returned under any circumstances.
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Skin Deep Med Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or unauthorized use through your online account. You are responsible for securing your online account password.
- Expiration: All gift cards expire 5 years after date of purchase.
- Not for Resale: Reselling Skin Deep Med Spa gift cards is strictly prohibited.
- Personal or Business Gifts: Skin Deep Med Spa gift cards are intended for personal or business gifting only.Using these gift cards for marketing, advertising, or promotions (online, in print, or on broadcasts) is strictly prohibited.
- No Misrepresentation: You cannot use Skin Deep Med Spa’s name, logo, or trademarks (or those of its affiliates) to suggest any affiliation between your product/service and Skin Deep Med Spa.
- Legal Compliance: Purchasing a gift card signifies you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Services, products and prices are subject to change, and we will not be able to refund gift certificates purchased that are intended for specific services or products. We will not be able to honor out-of-date pricing on services or products.

Minimum Age Requirements
Guests under the age of 18 must have a signed consent form from a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under 18, even with a signed consent form.
Guest Safety
Guests with medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking services. Please inform us of any medical conditions on the Service intake form. We reserve the right to discontinue any service for safety reasons.
